Children's Costume Parade:

Be sure to catch one of the many free highlights of the Pumpkin Festival, the Children's Costume Parade. An annual event, the parade features hundreds of little ghosts, goblins, and ghouls as well as marching bands and various entertainers. Costumed children of all ages are encouraged to join-in and march in the parade. Don't miss it!

The 2009 Pumpkin Festival Children's Costume Parade will take place on Saturday, October 17. All children and entertainers participating in the parade will line up on West Street in front of the Keene Sentinel and National Grange Mutual Insurance Company at 11:15 AM. The parade will begin at noon.

Beginning on West Street, the parade will turn right onto Main Street. Entertainers and marching bands will be stopping at the corner of Gilbo Ave. and Main Street to perform for the crowd.

Thank you to all of the participants, volunteers, and hundreds of children who make this parade possible! We are still looking for marching bands and performers for the parade. If you are interested in performing in the parade, please call Center Stage at (603) 358-5344.
