Dear Non-profit Organization/Food Vendor:
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity for your organization to be a food vendor at the 2010 Keene Pumpkin Festival. This year we are asking you to fill out the application on line. After we have received your application we will send your approval by email or a letter confirming your presence at the festival. The cost this year will be $350 with a non refundable trash cost. All vendors will be required to provide liability insurance in the amount of one million. Center Stage needs to be added as the additional insured. This year you will be required to bring your own trash barrel and trash bags. You will need to empty your own trash and deposit in the available dumpsters. This is due to the huge cost of the trash clean up which Center Stage can no longer afford.
We ask each food vendor to sell no more than 3 items, not including drinks. We have found that the vendors who do well are the ones who keep their menus small which also make it easier to place at the festival.
Here are some suggestions on what kinds of products you could consider selling at the festival:
This will be on a first come first serve basis. We will work with you on suggestions for your menu so feel free to call me or email me to discuss your menu.
